The lobby and staff impressed me, but the elevator stank and ice machines didn’t work during my stay.

My experience was frustrating from the start. Upon check-in, I was charged a higher rate than what was promised in my reservation and was informed that there was no free breakfast as advertised. The room lacked essential amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, making it inconvenient for my needs.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the staff and the comfort of the bed, making my one-night stay enjoyable despite some minor inconveniences.

my stay was almost perfect, except for the musty smell, and the fact that the hair dryer didn’t work, how can a place claim to be upscale? plus, i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but clearly, special treatment is only reserved for the fortunate ones. absolutely dissapointing!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel, conveniently located near the local country club and just a short drive to various shops and entertainment spots. Had an awesome time with my friends! The hotel is close to the country club and the museum. There are so many shops nearby. The rooms were clean and had comfy beds. Check out the excursions they offer.

The Double Room had a super comfy bed and nice air conditioning. I loved the fridge and coffee maker for late-night snacks. The bathroom was stocked with free toiletries and had a spacious shower. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were super helpful with anything I needed.
